There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms as well as outlets on every wall. The back yard is very spacious and has a covered patio with columns.

Close to Atkins Elementary and three blocks from a nice park with a pond. Two blocks from a Supermarket, and several fast food restaurants. Very quiet and secure. "
