Description

Recent renovations to this home include the master suite, powder bath, kitchen, laundry/mud room, and more.

Brand new master bath includes all top end features. Frameless glass encloses a shower featuring body sprays, large format porcelain tile, 2-tiered accent tile inset for storing shower necessities, and onyx floor to coordinate with the bathroom's hand-carved green onyx vessel sinks. The sinks sit atop stunning soapstone counters and are lighted from beneath to offer lovely ambient lighting in the evenings. Custom designed espresso-stained cabinetry offers plenty of storage and sets off the top end chrome fixtures and accent backsplash tile. The accent tile also surrounds the jetted Jacuzzi tub which also has a soapstone surround. All lighting and fixtures are top quality and chrome finished to give this once very traditional bathroom a contemporary redesign. The large format porcelain floor tile continues from the bathroom to the separate WC with new comfort-height fixture and also into the newly refreshed oversized master closet. Master closet has been painted to match the colors of the bathroom, has new, brighter lighting, and even the hanger bars have been powder coated to match. Everyone's favorite feature is the newly built shoe shelf which extends from the floor almost to the ceiling.

The powder bath renovation includes a new, custom designed cabinet topped with black soapstone and a granite vessel sink. The high end chrome faucet and custom paint with subtle metallic sheen are accented by an elegant 3 tiered light fixture. This room has moved from well worn and traditional to a cross between contemporary and mid-century modern and is a much better fit for this elegant home.

The 2015 kitchen renovation is a striking change. Red painted cabinetry with pin striping and black accent island is set off by the stunning black soapstone counters. The oversized custom-designed black soapstone farmhouse sink and high end Vihara glass tile with custom design and install bring warmth and blend this daring change with the rest of the open concept living space. The newly designed island includes lots of storage and a Thermidor microwave drawer. It also has an outlet so using small appliances is easy no matter which counter one chooses to use. Besides the microwave, kitchen has all brand new top of the line KitchenAid appliances including double ovens, dishwasher, and downdraft gas cooktop.

The laundry/mud room has also had a makeover. New soapstone counters were installed to coordinate with the kitchen and new backsplash tile was installed.

Most of the house is freshly painted, the HVAC systems are brand new, the wood floors are recently refinished, the fence is being replaced, and new windows are being installed in the kitchen and dining room.

Recent landscaping has been done in the backyard. A stone path was added from the covered patio to the gate. River rocks surround large walking stones. The path is landscaped on the house side with attractive bushes and flowers and a fig tree. The inground pool is partially surrounded by rocks and beautifully landscaped. Large star magnolia bushes as well as trees offer privacy. The remainder of the pool is surrounded by cool decking which is surrounded by landscaping. An attractive iron fence encloses the pool area to keep out children or pets. Double gates open when the pool is in use to create continuity between the patio and pool areas.

  • Diana Sundgren Pierson
"It is child friendly and a school bus drop off. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. It is a very convenient location."
  • Lilly
"Honestly you and your pups will love it. I take mine on big long walks down riverside where they provide bags for cleanup. They can make friends. It’s a good life for a dog here"
  • Ariah White
"they would like the trails/streets you can walk that loop around for an active dog , but there is a lot of traffic on those roads and not many sidewalks on neighborhood streets you would walk along side of the road , no parks near by so you would travel some if wanting to take your dog to the park ect."
  • Jenna Braudrick
"Fourth of July is an event for the entire neighborhood. Everyone gets the best fireworks and you have a front row seat to one of the best shows"
  • Joy
"A great neighborhood 60s ranch mixed with new large multi story homes with well kept homes and yards. Friendly neighbors. "
  • Lillyljl01
"Oktoberfest is next door. The best fireworks in Tulsa during the 4th of July are as well. Waterside has pools, a gym, security, easy walks down Riverside with the pups, etc.. I have kind and easy going neighbors"
  • Lizagco
"A lot of families with children . Very calm and secure. Neighbors are friendly and I we can walk to a pond very close"
  • Maloriekalens
"I’m not a fan of this neighborhood. There’s graffiti everywhere, cars blaze through the neighborhood l hours of the night. You hear gun shots sometimes. Would not recommend living here."
  • Tallen40734
"Not like when dog owners don’t clean up from their pets. Like that everyone keeps their pets on leashes. Like when the other people change to the other side of the street when they have a larger pet. "
  • Latonya Jackson
"There is a quick trip down the street. Also there are lots of convenience stores nearby and bank for your convenience."
  • Seneca Elizabeth
"I am just visiting for a short time. It’s pretty quiet. Gated full color buildings. I would choose something with more vibrancy "
  • Jessica Lynn Carney
"Great area if you plan to drive to 10-15 min out of a lower income neighborhood, it’s not the same as Kendall and it shouldn’t pretend 2b"

"Mature trees and an HOA that does not deliver. Lawns aren’t mowed, cars are allowed to park on the street on hills/curves, cars are allowed to speed through our curvy hilly neighborhood, homes are falling apart, the walking trail isn’t maintained, neighborhood pools are not maintained nor is the clubhouse."
  • Carmela Hill
"This pet friendly neighborhood is safe, private and beautiful. Close access to Tulsa Hills, highways, parks for the kids to play, the library and several restaurants. You can be as connected or isolated as you desire - I enjoy living here. "
  • Amir Said
"Depending on the building, it’s pretty quiet most days after 5pm. On non-eventful weekends streets are safe enough for morning jogs around the city. There are some unhoused that walk the streets but most are neighborly. "
  • Courtney Martin
"The neighborhood is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It is also easily accessible to highways."
  • Rosalind Wells
"We don’t have community events. I wish we did. I wouldn’t mind getting to know my neighbors better. "

We will welcome you……."
  • Rosalind Wells
"There are no neighborhood events. If there are, they’re not advertised. Even when the city brings out dumpsters, we normally don’t know ahead of time. "
  • Rosalind Wells
"It’s easy to get on the highway for a somewhat short commute. It’s easy to go south or west. Not so much going east or north. "
  • Rosalind Wells
"I don’t know of any community events in the Wagon Wheel neighborhood. I wish there were. I might get to know my neighbors. "
