All new interior solid wood doors with pine frames, trim, casing and baseboards, solid exterior wood door as well. Multiple pocket doors in key locations for amazing space savings where it counts, all have soft close and open. Currently set up with master sweet, guest room/office, game/home theater room with reading nook and a gym but is 4 bedrooms.
Living room has wired in Dolby Atoms speakers minus the fronts and center. Real brick carries from the kitchen to the living room. Custom upper cabinets in the kitchen have built in outlets and lighting, this really cleans up the backsplash, outlets added to pantry for microwave and Dyson vacuum. Walk in pantry is well lit with RH on motion and tons of storage. Soft close hinges on all cabinet doors. Concrete counter tops and solid wood butcher block island. Hood vents out above the roof to the outside to help with keeping the kitchen clean and making the neighbors jealous from the amazing smells. All new GE cafe series appliances.
All new light switches are dimmable and set up for smart lighting that work with Alexa or Google. Ceiling fans are also app or Google controlled. Landscape lighting is automatic as well as front house sconces and RH porch light that was moved to the ceiling and adorned with ship lap. Irrigation controls are WI-fi as well as the Nest doorbell, Nest thermostat, Nest smoke detectors and new appliances, warm your oven on the way home from the grocery store or get the fridge ready to make your coffee with its built in Keurig system.
There are even some secret hidden compartments and a secret room in the house to amaze your guests or keep your valuables safe. All work was done with high end top of the line products, RH, West Elm, Delta Kohler, just to name a few. Wood floor has a 50 year warranty and is glued down with manufactures adhesive, only one transition strip in the entire house at the guest bathroom for a clean look, wood planks are three different sizes and have a hand carved finish with areas of knots and imperfections that is stunning. The guest bathroom was a total gut, while opened up we insulated all walls to make it more private. The best of the best are in this bathroom. From Emser tile to the RH amazing medicine cabinet and hardware to the china counter top, this is one amazing bathroom. Much more that must be seen.
House sits on a large sized lot with a man gate on one side and a double RV gate on the other. 10x40 concrete pad designed for a 10x20 shed, and extended rear porch slab for adding to the rear patio. Mature trees with desert landscaping all on irrigation. A pre wired surveillance system and key-less entry keeps it all secure.
