"Everyone speeds in these neighborhoods, very little neighborhood lighting , no speed bumps and homeless dogs and people are a problem. I hope the city can fix these issues. "

"Safe Halloween, and lots of family activities held by city of Bakersfield and kern county. I’ve lived in Los Angeles county before I bought a home here in Bakersfield, and Bakersfield is hands down way better than Los Angeles County "
