"It is well maintained and safe and friendly. The residents take good care of their yards and homes. Homes I bout neighborhood sell quickly because of the above facts. You rarely see kids playing on the streets, or stray dogs. It is beautiful to see people riding, walking and running. "

"the park mostly. people also wall their animals around the neighborhood. There is at least one dog park that's currently being built for large dogs and small dogs at the international park."

"There are no community events in my neighborhood. People speed up and down my street every day. Police is constantly flying helicopters almost twice a week as well as random road blocks."
