At the time of lease signing, Tenant shall pay the first month's rent, the security deposit, any applicable pet deposit, and the last month's rent. Possession of the property is contingent upon receipt of all required funds

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
