    "The city of pearcy is very Country. Not much to do, basically hot springs. If you’re okay with driving 20 min to town "

    "I am a college student and child of the parents who still occupy this address, and have for nearly a decade. I lived here for 7 years myself, frequently coming back to visit during the summers. Overall, I rate this neighborhood as a nice place for those with kids, pets and a joy for peace and solitude. There is little here that is disruptive. The place is a mile's walk from Lake Hamilton School District, and you can occasionally hear the football games as a faded noise off of the back porch - but the sounds never enter the house. My parents have done a lot of renovation and upkeep since attaining the house nearly a decade ago, and it will surely go up in value once back on the market. One last opinion: the neighborhood is great for runners."
