"Meadowview Estates is a wonderfully quiet neighborhood with direct access to a large park with softball fields, tennis courts, kids climbing structures, covered picnic area and lots of open space. Adjacent to this is also a popular dog park. Families in the neighborhood meet together and socialize often in Northfield Park. The neighborhood does not have sidewalks but walking a two mile route is easy as there is little traffic. Since NRH is so close to Southlake, Fort Worth, DFW Airport, and even Dallas, there is never an end for entertainment and travel opportunities.
