To minimize Covid risks we'll show the home by appointment the afternoon/early evening of Friday May 22d and possibly Saturday the 23rd. During the appointments everyone will wear masks. This 4BR, 2.5BA home has a deck and large back yard. The Murdock Canal bike trail is accessible through the back gate. It is .3 miles to Foothill Elementary, and Harmons Grocery. 1 mile to the mouth of Provo Canyon.
The home is currently occupied. Please contact landlord for questions or to arrange a visit.
No smoking or pets.
The current renters leave June 15. We'll take a couple of weeks in June to tidy up for re-rental. So it will be available at the end of June, but could be available sooner if needed.
