A floating staircase leads to an entertainment room on the second level, which features a 40-inch HDTV and built-in seating with Southwest-style pillows. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite features a wall of windows and distant ocean views. The en suite bath features a shower big enough for two people. A specially designed spa room can be accessed through French doors in the master bedroom, which offers a deep stainless steel tub with jets. On the main floor, a second bedroom is at the other end of the house, with a queen bed, seating, and an en suite bath that includes a large shower. The fenced backyard has a gourmet gas grill, patio seating and a firepit surrounded by mature plants and trees. Parking in the driveway and on the street. Great foodie town! Lots of great wineries close by. Housing prices can get very expensive, though. Tourism can bring a lot of traffic."
