6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt might seem impossible, but I am rating this district as a double failure. This is because I attended there as a student (k-12) and also taught withing the Middle and High School.As a student, I found the school district incredibly clicky. Bullying was rife and the staff did nothing to address that problem. When I finally graduated (escaped) the district, I noticed I was very far behind in math and science in my first 2 years at college.Now, as for teaching in the district. I worked at the Middle School which pushed staff through a 9 hour and 8 classes a day......grueling. Like all other districts, the pay was far below the work load. Bullying and staff infighting there was rampant. The union is pretty spineless so I did not take anything to them.I should have never applied to work there after I wasted 13 years of my life in that cow dunk system. The Board seemed to put enormous pressure on the staff to do well in the proficiency tests. I came into orientation with 7 other teachers, and including me, none of them are around.Bad place to send your kids.....don't even think about working there.Other Review8mo ago - Olmsted Falls Early Childhood Center
