    "It’s a great place for kids with the park, pool, ball fields, etc. great place to grow up and raise a family"

    "I've lived in Lakesite since 2008. Has the best schools in Hamilton County (Allen Elementary, Soddy Daisy), some of the lowest property taxes in Hamilton County. Everything you would need (grocery, gas, fast food chains, hardware, etc) is a mile down the road in one direction and the lake is a mile in the other direction. If you want more, Hixson is close by. Quite area,nice, well kept homes with city hall, community pool and park in approximately center of neighborhood. Garbage pickup is included as well as clean up campaigns a couple times a year where you can have brush picked up or take to central location. Community get-together couple times a year. We just love it here. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city with a small town feel, yet Chattanooga about 20 minutes away."
