Description

The HOA dues are the space dues per month. There is a discount if paid for the year. It covers the septic and water I believe. This trailer belonged to my father who is unable to communicate about the trailer due to his ill health. He is unable to tell me much about it and he is unable to go back to the trailer. I have not been able to show it previously, but now have relatives who can show from Jan - March as they are currently in Desert Edge themselves. All I know is what my father told me previously which is that the trailer is fully furnished, has an awning and a shed and is in good condition. I do have a signed title for transfer.
