About this House

Large 4 bedroom 2.5 bath half double.

This home has large porches front and back with a concrete patio in the rear.

You enter through the front into an open floor plan first floor. You walk into the 11x15 living room with built in book shelves. Beautiful wood pillars separate the living room from the 10x12 dining room with breakfast bar. In the rear of the house is the 12x15 kitchen with glass top stove, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath. At the top of the steps is the full bath with claw foot tub and shower head. Next to the bath is the 9x11 rear bedroom with a door to the second floor balcony. The middle bedroom is 9x12, and the front bedroom is 15x16 with his and hers closets.

The third floor is a 23x11 master suite with it's own full bath and walk-in closet.

Last but not least is a full basement with a combination laundry room and half bath.

The house has a high efficiency gas furnace and central air conditioning. There are ceiling fans through out.

Closest one is a few miles away. "
