Long driveway provides privacy and room for turn-around parking area leading to a double car garage. Small courtyard has two outdoor sidewalk lights leading to a recessed front entrance and foyer.
Nice sized kitchen with stove, microwave, frig, dishwasher and disposal, all in very good condition. Adjoining the kitchen is a large kitchenette with cathedral ceiling, looking out into the vinyl-fenced courtyard. Kitchen with bar-top looks into elegant dining area and living room. LR has cathedral ceiling, lighted loft, and remote gas log fireplace surrounded by lighted glass book shelves. From LR/DR is a sitting/TV room. Adjoining the TV room is a nice-sized laundry room with utility sink and cabinet, washer/dryer and two large closets. Front bedroom has a bay window and large closet. Directly across the hall is the first bathroom.
