Laundry room with small pantry off the kitchen. Appliances included but may bring some of your own if you have them. Double Care car garage with double car carport. Back yard privacy fence . NO cats, dogs or smoking. Renter responsible for all utilities and yard.

Lease for one year then may go month to month. Must give 30 days written notice before vacating.
