"Drive everywhere. Not good for workers. Far to everything. Best for retirement. Nice and safe and quiet."

"Mostly a recreational and retirement community. Not good for school age children. Long bus ride to school."

"I guess it's all a matter of perspective. I have a second home in Sunrise Beach and love knowing that my house is safe and protected when we're not there. We've owned the house for 2.5 years and have enjoyed it immensely. The fact that I know there is a police force in place that keep things quiet and orderly is comforting. Follow the laws and you won't have any problems with the police."
