Description

Cozy 2 bed 1 bath fixer cottage with a gated back yard.
The house is livable but is not in great condition. Landlord is keeping the garage for his own storage.
May load more photos as conditions change. This home was originally a 2 room (kitchen & bedroom) 300 sq ft cottage, the size was doubled with an addition of a living room and another bedroom I think in the 50's. It is on a county Island so there is not curb or gutter. There is a long driveway with plenty of parking.

AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY:
This property is not for most tenants. It is a month to month lease but I am guessing occupancy will run for almost a year.

 The house is in poor condition but livable and landlord is seeking a tenant that can meet basic caretaker functions until the demolition begins sometime next year.
The rent being advertised is discounted based on the limited lease nature of this property.
Tenant is responsible for own utilities and appliances. Appliances available are stove, furnace, evap-cooler, fridge, washer, dryer. Landlord does not warrant the operation of the appliance if they fail to operate properly during tenancy.

Landlord reserves right to the garage and area east and south for trailer storage.

Deposit is not required if your credit score is above 700.

Generally one pet is allowed under 20 lbs, anything larger is $30 per month on a case by case to be agreed to in writing by landlord.

The carpet has been removed but landlord is willing to put in carpet or other flooring depending on tenant preference. Please when you message me let me know the soonest you can occupy, that will at least let me know you read this description. Thanks for your interest.
