Upgraded kitchen countertops from Formica laminate to granite.
Replaced some light fixtures and ceiling fans.
Replaced aged wood privacy fence with 6 ft vinyl privacy fence.
Mortgage company scheduled an appraisal in Jan 2017; appraisal came back with a Market Value of $184,000.
