The laundry room and a powder room as well as closets are also located on the first floor. In the other direction, we have the two master suites, each with a full bath (one with a jacuzzi) and walkin closets. Many more closets are found here. This home does not lack in storage space! Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms which share another full bath. Great place for kids! A new architectural roof was installed in 2011. New AC compresor in 2006. New hot water heater in 2010. Oil heat, city water and city sewers. The house is nestled in the culdesac. This location is popular in town due to quick access to 84,691 and 91 as well as a short bike ride to Copper Valley Pool and Tennis Club. The elementary school is Chapman, one of the smaller schools in town. Cheshire enjoys an excellent school system and many recreational opportunities such as the Linear Trail and hiking. Located central in the state, it is about a half hour away from New Haven and Hartford. A short two and half hours from New York and Boston. Academics, sports and the arts are featured heavily in the school system and there are also private school options available. Cheshire is also known as the Bedding Capital of the World due to the export of bedding plants. There are several orchards in town which are popular in fall for pick your own fruit, pony and hayrides with little stores onsite.
