Description

We have added and updated/upgraded so much over the years. Large covered cedar pergola in the back to create an awesome outdoor living space w/ ceiling fan and tv on a retractable swivel arm. New architectural shingle roof. Created a beautiful sitting area on the front. Lush surround landscaping. The home has been completely repainted inside and out. There are hardwood floors, new Berber carpeting and 16 x 16 tiles. Backsplashes updated w/ Italian stone tiles, upgraded faucets and recessed lighting in the kitchen/pantry areas w/ energy efficient LED lighting. Bathrooms upgraded matching faucets. The guest bath was completely renovated in 2015. The master bath will be renovated in 2019. Hot water tank was replaced w/ an Energy Efficient unit in 2018. We added wainscoting in the kitchen, entry foyer and up the stairwell. Built in shelving installed in the garage to eliminate any storage issues. Installed keypads to our garage(s) as well as an electronic pad to our back door leading in to the garage for added access. We have added extra security features to all points of entry. The house has a two keypad security system which has the capability to work off of both wired and wireless features. We replaced all windows with a double hung vinyl window. The windows along the front of the house are Low-E pane efficient. Our power bills have reduced quit significantly since the install. The living room along with all bedrooms have ceiling fans. We replaced the front door with a fiberglass faux wood insulated energy efficient three quarter paned door. This home has two large walk in attics for ample storage. For our fur babies, we had a dog door installed which leads in to our laundry room allowing them 24/7 access to the fenced in back yard. We have put our hearts in to this home and continue to keep it very well maintained.
