Must see this one to appreciate it! Only needs your personal touches- has nice hardwood floors under all first floor carpets and has had the wood floors recently refinished in the living room and one bedroom. Other bedrooms carpeted. Finished basement has lighted window for effect, neutral carpet, and some ceramic tile. Many updates! The oldest window is the front room and that was replaced in 1993, all others replaced in 2006. Also in '06 house was re-sided with Tyvek and vinyl siding, furnace and central air was replaced with humidifier and dehumidifier. Home has whole house filtration system, and first floor bath has a beautiful jetted tub. Roof new in 2006 also! Basement has nice storage, a freezer that stays, divided rooms, half bath and glass block windows as well. Yard is chain link fenced, with patio and a two and a half car garage! Paved driveway! The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
