"So many kids here. Always some outside playing and being kids. I’d feel fine about my kids being outside here if I had littles. There are Cute little pocket parks and the elementary school is within walking distance to a lot of houses. "

"Public transportation is good , commute can be heavy on the 46 all the time and 306 gets congested . "

"Close to schools, a variety of shops and businesses, grocery, hardware, restaurants and fast food, gas stations, salons, entertainment & amusements, and downtown. One mile to walking trail, 2 miles to Fischer Park or Landa Park, and several community centers and gyms only minutes away. Easy access to several State highways and the interstate. "

"Most all of the people who live near me(& it is a wide variety of age groups) are more than just neighbors. They go out of their way to be neighborly. Some are like family, the kind you get to choose!"

"No one bothers you, people are very respectful of each others property and alway happy to help when you ask. It’s a small town. So, gossip gets around fast, but for the most part folks mean well. "
