    "My neighbor is calm and quiet. Public Transportation is near by. We do need more lighting in Erwin so kids be out playing or walking pedestrians are seen. "

    "I used to live in the area. It's a quiet area backing up to the national forest but close enough to downtown and other amenities. GREAT for families or as a vacation home. ATV trails right down the block! Easily accessible by back road to Big Bear. Less expensive then some of the touristy areas that are always crowded during winter and summer!"
