You're looking at a nice 3 bedroom house for rent located in the Whitehall area of Columbus. This house has a carport and a large, detached 2 car garage. Large backyard that is partially fenced in. Washer and dryer hookup.

Pets are welcome but we do require a monthly pet rent (per pet).
In order to be considered for this property, you must complete an application and meet these qualifications: 1) Proof of ability to pay. All of your total provable income must be equal or greater than 3 times the monthly rent for this unit. 2) No Evictions - we complete a full background check. 3) A state or federally issued ID. 4) The (non-negotiable) application fee of $50 for each person over the age of 18. 5) Pets are allowed with a monthly pet rent (per pet).     "there are a lot of trees fairly abundant wildlife I see deer in my backyard almost everyday we also have creeks several parks and all the shopping and stores that you need you could literally get anything you want within a 2 to 5 minute drive.. and police response time is lightning fast and they show up with 3 to 5 vehicles for just about everything I like that"
