About this House

Want one of the best apartments in one of the nicest complexes in the city? WaterCrest at City Center is located minutes away from 435. You can walk across the street to a walking path that leads you straight in to Shawnee Mission Park. I am being relocated to Nashville so my apartment is available almost immediately. Fabulous amenities include gym, tanning booth, concierge service, dog park, zero entry pool, year round hot tub, movie room, car service to major hot spots, clubhouse use after hours, door side trash and recycling service. In the apartment you have granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, wood flooring, a big living room window with great view of the pond, and patio for plants or just sitting outside listening to the pond. Steps away from community gas grill. This apartment faces the pond and is a walkout and the only first floor one of its kind available. My highest electric bill has been less than $60 in the almost full year I have been there. I never had to turn on the air and just turned on the heat in January. Call me for more details or to arrange a walk-through. Don't worry this is not a sublet, you will lease through Watercrest; however, I have already paid the full month of February rent and can move asap giving someone several weeks free rent.

    "Lenexa is a very family oriented place for many people seeing as there are many fun events with in the community it’s a very safe place for raising kids as long as they’re are many kids together at a time they are safe without adults past about 9:30 on summer nights it’s best recommended that most kids are not alone outside unless they have an adult with them "
