"Dogs roam pretty freely around here. I, luckily have a fenced in yard. I actually found one of my dogs in the middle of the road here and he was heartworm positive. $2500 he’s a healthy boy!!!"

"This is one of the most beautiful and serene areas in the coastal region. It is surrounded by the nature preserves and yet just a short drive to I95. We enjoy watching the dolphin, otters, bald eagles and osprey in their natural habitat along the river. The community is well established and really is a a little piece of paradise. "

"There aren't any childcare facilities and not many playgrounds. There's only 1 Elementary school, 1 middle school and 1 high school for the whole county...and it is 40 minutes away."

"I own the lot next to this one. Cooper's Point is a safe, clean and gorgeous community. Golf, boating, fishing, kayaking, shrimping, trail hiking and more is just waiting for you. This area is part of a relatively small section of the southeast coast of America that is still pristine. Cooper's Point area is yet to be discovered. When it is prices will skyrocket. I've lived on Hilton Head for a long time. Townsend, Ga. is a fledgling Hilton Head. "
