Its very quiet. Perfect place to raise kids. However, there are no kids to play except the ones you bring. There are 4 neighbors, all friendly. We look out for each others homes. Very Helpful. Yet you still have your peace. If I want to check the mail in my bathsuit its no big deal. If the little boys what to explore they can.
