Looking to rent (our lease is through July 31, but you can sign for longer) the home we re renting in Lawrence, Kansas.

We are moving out the first week of April.

It s a two bedroom, two full bathroom (shower/tubs in each) house with a large, fenced-in backyard and large front yard. Back and front porch, and washer and dryer hookups. There s also a two-car detached garage.

It s two-story and has a basement.

One bedroom is a master and is quite large. The other is upstairs and is spacious; it has a little nook, office space attached. Closets in each room.

Rent is $1,130.

The landlord is willing to consider pets on a case-by-case basis.
