We have a 10 x 12 storage shed, gutters and a privacy fenced back yard which has a great view of the large conservancy in the back. There is a gas tankless hot water heater and the house has ISONENE blown in insulation which has significantly lowered our utility bills. We have a 3car garage and have hurricane fabric for all the windows.
