Proof of employment
All applicants must fill out the application and submit/pay for the background check and credit check.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
 Deposit is $1,500 which will be required on or before the date of move in plus the first months rent.
Monthly Rent is due on the first of every month in the amount of $1,500. Partial deposits and rents will not be accepted.

There’s a sheriff that lives in the next street and its next to the new freeway expansion and new outlets should be build within the next 5 years. Overall it’s easy access to the freeway. They are demolishing and taking over all those old homes with new apartments towards fm 78 etc. Can’t wait for this area to fully grow. It’s gonna be pretty nice I think "
