I briefly attended this school in my experience here was horrible as a teenager now that I'm older my daughter attends this school currently she's been here since the 9th grade and her experience is far worse she was sitting in gym class mind and her business and another student walked up to her and violently attacked her this was all on video my child did not lift a finger and her defense but the school staff made the conscious decision and said she had to be suspended for 10 days 10th grade was manageable now she's currently in the 11th grade and this school is terrible with communicating I only get calls when they're trying to suspend her they even went as far as trying to suspend her for fainting due to a medical condition I could call up there all day and all night nothing I could show up to the school and try to speak with someone only to be left standing in the heat for I was at a time if someone comes and speaks to me it's only the run around they promise to contact me and never do I received the phone call yesterday about her being out of dress code and my daughter does not remember any incident like this happen but the staff member who's in The bus loop has made a call similar to this with the same storyline and now when I call the school I get nothing this is an issue that this school really needs to work on because my child loves school and she shouldn't be targeted by any staff member I feel like this is unfair treatment and something needs to be done because you can't keep talking and children who want to be in school for your own benefit the staff member who works in the bus loop whatever issue she has with my child it's unfair

Bear Lakes has a very unfair and frustrating school environment. A lot of students feel like the school administration does not treat them fairly or listen to their concerns. There have been situations where students were suspended even when they felt they did nothing wrong, and it seems like no one takes the time to hear their side of the story. The principal and assistant principal make decisions that many students feel are unreasonable, which creates a lot of tension and negativity throughout the school. It’s not the students causing the problem—it’s the way the school is run. Instead of creating a supportive place where students feel respected and heard, the environment often feels strict, unfair, and discouraging.

I not recommend school lack of emtional support, a student has good grade and attendanceas aswell, respectful to teacher and administrators. Her desire was to be safety patrol she wants to be good rolemodle to other students but student wasn't cualified due to the disagreement of the principle she act unprofessional to the student who was crying but the administration was crying as well that everything its okay and knows the true colors of the student. I told student the most important is passing your grades and not worried about the safety patrol belt that student will always be successful in the future.
