We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home for rent to for 2 roommates. Full basement, fenced in yard all appliances provided for use. We have 1 tenant and are looking for 2 more individuals or a couple. Must be employed and meet eligibility qualifications. Please fill out the online application or email me with any questions.

We are looking for roommates to share utility costs and pay rent of $500 each with our 23 year old son. He has a cat, likes to paint and arrange music on garage band. Serious inquiries only. You would be required to sign a lease but we would be flexible if you moved in and it didn't click. No cigarette smoking. Small pet on case by case basis.
