This house is in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with great schools, a park in walking distance and Brookwood's greenspace for kids to play. It also has a newer furnace and newer 50 gallon hot water tank, great exterior landscaping, privacy fenced back yard. The exterior of the house was repainted less than two years ago. All bathrooms are updated, all carpet in the house is newer. Hardwoods in kitchen, breakfast nook and entry. Travertine tile in garage entry area and a hallway bathroom, slate in master bathroom.
