I also believe that south pontotoc needs to have more parent interactions at the school the school is nowhere near being on the same page as the parents and as always everything starts at home How do we know how to help our kids and what they need help in if they teachers are not communicating with us.....

"Everyone walks their dog. Many people have big back yards for the dogs to play and run. A lot of people dogs bark but it isn’t bothersome. "

"There is a community event maybe once or twice a year. Very closed community. Most people are unfriendly. Many view new people in town as “outsiders” if you weren’t born and raised in Pontotoc. "

"We live in a great, safe, area. There are lots of trees, greenery, and a few ponds. I think our community is very safe, for children. I think that’s one of the most important things you look for in buying a house, if you have children. It’s important for the parents to know their children are safe. "
