Neighborhood Description

Located on the SW corner of 81st St.(Houston) & 241st St.(Oneta Rd) in East Broken Arrow, Wagoner county. Cambridge Estates is an active mandatory HOA. Dues are $250 per year-maintains the common areas, playground, pool, tennis courts & entryways. There is an abundance of lighting for evening tennis. Homeowners have a key to gain access. There is also a separate area to play volleyball or badminton. Cambridge Estates also has a neighborhood pool! Maintained & run by the neighborhood pool committee. There is a pool house that has both a male & female side with toilets, sinks & showers. The pool is approximately 30x 60 & ranges at 3 feet in the shallow end to about 10 feet in the deep end with a diving board. For the little ones in the neighborhood there is a "kiddie pool" in an enclosed, chain link area that is about 12 to 18" deep. Pool area has lounge chairs & a picnic table with shade area. The pool is operational from mid-May-first part of Sept. The pool is also monitored by Red-Cross certified Lifeguards during pool hours. Private parties are also allowed & encouraged with lifeguards on duty. Outside memberships during Pool Season are also allowed & "coupons" can be purchased at a reasonable price. The HOA puts on several neighborhood parties throughout the year. Cambridge Estates has an active Neighborhood Watch program & there are block captains that place calls should a situation arise within the neighborhood so every homeowner is made aware in a timely manner! Year built on the homes in Cambridge Estates ranges from 1979-2008! Out of the 160+ homes in Cambridge Estates there may be only a handful that are similar. Most of the homes are Custom Built & unique in design & style. Lot sizes vary from 1/2-1 acre lots. Only 10 minutes to Tulsa going North and 30 minutes to Muskogee going South. Access to all major freewyays is within minutes of Cambridge Estates. HWY 51 aka the Broken Arrow Expressway, The Creek Turnpike, & HWY 169.
