Imagine living in your own log cabin getaway. It could become your reality. I have lived in this home for over six years and always had the feeling of arriving at a vacation home. I have decide to relocate for a better job opportunity so my gain is your gain. Enjoy grilling out on the deck and eating overlooking the water while listening to the birds sing. Have fun sitting in the hot tub looking out at the lake. This place is a water enthusiasts dream for fishing, skiing, canoeing, or wakeboarding. The rent is 1950/month. 1st and last month upon move in. It is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath house. One of the bathrooms having a shower stall the other with a tub/shower combo. The only utilities are electric: no water or city sewer bill. Utilities not included in rental. Has central A/C (although living in a canopy of trees has advantages. I have only used it maybe 14days per summer for 6 years. It is heated with oil heat which is the most efficient way to heat a house quickly.

    "It’s a good neighbourhood , I moved here from india. My job is in Manassas only. I feel this neighbourhood is good and safe. For me surprisingly the rent is super high but I could find any houses with less rent. Grocery stores and all very near by, for me Costco , Walmart is just 5 mins drive ( less than 3 miles ) We’ve a lot of shops near by so Even if you don’t have a car , you can still manage to get some groceries to survive but have to walk around 1-1.5 miles I feel it’s save don’t know why but I got the gut feeling "
