"I work in Galveston and it only take 7 minutes to get over the causeway from where I live. There are many options close to I-45"

"There is none. Kids are disrespectful and will look at u like why should I move. Cops are at my neighbors house twice a week. Loud bass vibrating walls at all hours of day."

"I’ve lived on this street in the same house for 27 years. My neighbors don’t change often, most are older and have been here since I was a little girl. This house belonged to my grandmother, it was the first and only house she ever owned. I’m attached to the neighborhood. "

"I've lived here collectively for 13 years. I love the mature trees and vegetation of these older, established neighborhoods. The homes feature unique architecture, unlike newer, cookie-cutter subdivisions. Taxes are lower here compared to surrounding areas."

"Quiet, private neighborhood just 10-12 minutes from Galveston's beaches! Extra-wide lighted sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. Every house with white picket fences. This is a secluded one-of a kind neighborhood you just have to see to believe!"
