"Festive holidays, Especially Halloween and Christmas , the neighborhood has a lot of decorated homes , And there’s hundreds of Trick or Treaters , it’s a very fun time . Friendly , very well maintained yards , newer homes, upper middle class family’s, no crime in neighborhood, close to Alma Intermediate school, 1.5 miles from Walmart and other shops and food, less then 1 mile from freeway on ramps , bus route pickup for other grades , this neighborhood doesn’t even feel like your in Alma it’s truly a nice place to live . "

"To make sure they keep a close watch on their children. Parents also have to realize that there is a major highway close by and there are no gates or fenced yards. There is no playground or secure play area. "

"Just a quick trip to get to Alma, Ft. Smith, Van Buren even Fayetteville. Anything you need or want is nearby. Yet, you are in the most beautiful serene area of Alma. Beautiful trees, cool running creeks, and deer grazing in the yard."
