Description

We are looking for renters to rent this lovely Auman neighborhood home. The only reason we are moving is we bought a house. We have lived here 4 years and loved every minute of it! Walking distance to Carmel Arts District, Soho Coffee Shop, Union Brewing, the Palladium, Matt the Millers, and Carmel's awesome farmers market. The Monon is super close now too. Carmel has put in a dog park as well. The house sits on a super large lot with mature trees. The detached 1 1/2 (could be 2 car maybe) garage is barn style, so it has amazing storage upstairs. 3 bedrooms, 1 large office, 1 and 1/2 baths. New A/C, new furnace just installed last year. Excellent landlords; of the few issues we have had they are super quick to respond and live close by. We have dogs, so pet friendly. I will post a few pics from before packing chaos set in

    "Carmel is definitely the best city I’ve ever lived in! It has the most amazing school system and I’ve literally experienced zero crime since being here. I can let my girls walk on the Monon trail throughout Carmel and not worry about them and my eight-year-old can ride her bike up and down our street with no fear of anything happening to her! I would never ever leave Carmel! And neighbors are the best definitely look out for one another! "

    "Extremely safe and feel at ease letting my 8yr old play outside ! Never ever had any issues what so ever w crime. Super close to any and everything u could possibly need as far as shopping etc.. the schools are best in the state and teachers are amazing,also right on the monon trail almost anywhere in Carmel u live is a few min walk to the trail which is also very safe ! Our neighborhood has block parties and holiday parties ! Would highly recommend anyone to move here. Only negative is that it’s of course quite costly to live here but I guess if u couldn’t afford it u wouldn’t be here looking into moving here!! "

    "Great parks and libraries, the best public schools in the Midwest, and very safe community. I would have no issues letting my kids play outside late or biking far distances as this is a very family focused community. Farmers market on weekends. And lots of amazing restaurants and wineries. Also great holiday events and festivals such as forth of July celebrations and annual street art festivals with vendors. "
