Description

Spacious (approximately 1,200 sq. feet) five-room, two-bedroom apartment with hardwood floors and a newer kitchen. The location is across the street from both the el and the Chicago-Northwestern stops and walking distance to some excellent dining sites. It also features a parking space immediately behind the building. The first floor of the building consists of stores, so there shouldn't be too much activity in the evening hours. The building is owner-operated and managed.

Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities in the apartment or in the building and it is against the terms of the lease to bring them into the unit. There is a laundromat one block to the west on Main Street.

The owner pays for water/sewer and the renter is responsible for cooking gas, heat and electricity. The heat is forced air.
