"The school system is world class and it’s only minutes from Metropolitan Louisville! Southern Indiana is growing and has a variety of local restaurants and stores. The area has quickly become Louisville’s most charming suburb offering the perfect mix of quaint rural living with big city amenities."

"Great family neighborhood in beautiful Floyds Knobs. Fortunate enough to have award winning schools at every level. Floyds Knobs Elementary, Highland Hills Middle, Floyd Central H.S., St. Mary's (Pre-6) and Holy Family (Pre-8) Catholic schools. "

"I have lived here for 22 years and it is close to the metro areas and yet it has the country appeal. Wildlife abounds in my backyard.....deer, fox, squirrels, hawks, all frequent my backyard. Yet I am 5 miles from the bridge going into Louisville, KY. From my driveway to the Louisville International airport is 18 miles. Quiet secluded area. No traffic. Perfect place for children, mini farm, or quiet retirement refuge. "
