Overall, this school has significant challenges due to student behavior. While the teachers try to provide a positive learning environment, many students act inappropriately, particularly some of the boys who make inappropriate jokes, behave immaturely around the girls, or even engage in bullying. This behavior makes the school uncomfortable and distracting, making it hard for other students to focus and feel safe. The school was better in the past, when students were more respectful and things felt calmer. Even with the staff’s efforts, the current student behavior has made the school less welcoming to new students.

"I drive to local restaurants and stores for my everyday needs . This area is pretty quite has a few parks in the neighborhood which is nice for the kids. "

"They have a big 4th of July social gatherings and event for the whole town. They host other events as well for the town and are very involved to keep this a safe and clean town. It’s a small but family oriented place to live in. The parks are clean and big enough for humans and pets."

"dog owners love it around here because it's a great place to walk through. There's not a lot of people traffic, there's parks where you can take ypur dog for a walk. it's just a great place for a dog."

"Safe enough, lots of families and a couple of nice parks for kids but no indoor recreation. Gets dusty due to being so close to the quarry but there are bike trails and forest preserves nearby and a water park in the summer. I'd stay if it was in a better HS district. "

"great hard working blue collar all the way town. Great since everyone is soo down to earth, and everyone works hard for their familys and homes. one of very last towns that still believe in working man wanting a nice place to live, have ur family grow up, and be proud of the fact u live in a town that everyones very old school, a lot of older people that raised kids in the 60s and 70's and now are enjoying their retirement in their homes that they raised there kids, everyone is truly humble, trusting, caring, and very approachable to ask questions, or if you just move in, there happy to see a new family! 😊"
