Rent to own means is you pay will rent for the house and a portion of your rent payment goes towards the purchase price. Anytime during the terms of the lease you have the option of buying the house, but you are not required to buy the house. Should you choose not to buy the house any credit you have towards the purchase price is forfeited. I will be happy to provide you with insight and information about the loan process and how to acquire a home loan should you choose to purchase this property. Allow me to guide you through to home purchase process. The lease option has many benefits for you. Some of them are: it allows you to build equity in the house which can act as a down payment when you eventually purchase the house. It gives you time to make improvements to the house, which will up its value, such that it is worth more than you actually paid for it, thus allowing better terms on a loan - and a smaller, if any, down payment. It allows you time to improve your credit score in order to obtain a loan. Should you decide you do not like the house, or want to move you can simply walk away at the end of the lease, unlike land contracts and buying a home you can walk away with no penalty, no extra costs etc. Rent is $1,090 per month. For a good solid tenant we are willing to work hard to get you into the property and keep you there. We are going to have open house on Friday 8/30 from 4pm until 6:15 pm and Saturday 8/31 from 1:00 pm - 3pm. Feel free to stop by but please be prompt! We have had a lot of interest in this house so please hurry. I no longer accept section 8 housing.

Lots of street lights and cars drive on it 24/7. Not safe when you have small kids or small animals. Bus services are easy access. "

    "I LIVE NEAR Veterans Park, which is beautiful, and well maintained. People can go fishing, enjoy many picnic areas, baseball fields, batting cage, exercise trail, minigold and disc golf throughout a wooded area. Police are often seen in the park areas and throughout the city. Not far, is another park, on West Ridgewood Drive. It is a Metroparks Trail throughout wooded areas as well as a shop to stop in and admire educational facts about our habitat. "
