Assistant principal Dawn harmed child now causing state involvement. School is not up to state requirements. Lawsuit is now taking place

This school is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The administration is unorganized and unresponsive, they care more about appearances than actually helping students succeed. Teachers are hit or miss, and too many of them seem burnt out or uninterested in actually teaching. The resources are outdated, from textbooks to technology, and the facilities aren’t well maintained. Discipline is inconsistent, with some kids getting away with anything while others are punished unfairly. Guidance and support are almost non-existent; if you’re struggling academically or mentally, you’re basically on your own. Overall, the school prioritizes numbers and test scores over student well-being, and it shows. If you’re considering sending your child here, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I've had two kids go to this school now. One of them was struggling. I tried to get her extra help they didn't want to do it. Try to get her an IEP they didn't want to do it. They just wanted to pass her through the program. They made it the next school's problem. The next School is giving her an IEP and explain to us they've had several problems with Marquette, sending them kids who are way behind. I think they should fire Mr Moreland and get somebody in there that knows what they're doing.

No repercussions for hitting and bullying kids and adults.
