9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLet me start out by saying that I have no problem with the level of teaching at the school. The teachers have been very nice to my daughter and my complaint is not with them. My complaint is with the administration and the school policies. About two week ago my daughter who is in 4th grade was pushed by a boy at recess. They were playing dodgeball, when the boy was put out off the game, he took out his frustration by pushing my daughter off a piece of the equipment and she landed on her back, and slightly hit her head on the concrete. Had she just been pushed a little harder, she could have landed on her head and faced serious injuries. Now originally we had been told she fell by the school, but after speaking to my daughter, I found out that she had been pushed. The next day I went in to see the vice principal who’s name is Amy Gray, she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t discuss even the penalty the child faced for putting hands on my daughter. No information at all other than to tell me that the child had been punished in accordance with their policies. Here’s the thing though, the kid was in school the very next day! So no meaningful punishment was given at all!I’m outraged as a parent and the fact that this school and district for that matter place the needs of the aggressor above the rights of the victim!Parent Review7mo ago10 Reviews - Wakeland High School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS SCHOOL!!!! I'm a 15 year old with autism and I had a horrible first year here, the school admins do nothing about bullying, you'd have a better chance at telling them to stop than going to the ap, and the teachers don't care if your being bullied my first year here took such a mental toll on me that I'm losing hair, it's just a bad school I would not recommend.Student Review11mo ago11 Reviews - Cobb Middle School

"A rapidly growing area with good schools, several churches easily accessible, and plenty of shopping. Though we are close to Dallas there is about all you need within 5 to 10 miles. As a result we seldom get far from home. "

"Frisco used to be a small farm community. People would stop in the street to chat without getting honked at. I miss that. "

"Beautiful neighborhoods but City managers have become greedy in development, tax collection, and approving too many high density living developments. Frisco is far gone from being a quaint small city with personality and considerate folks to a busy metro with irritable people."
