Description

Nice house in a wonderful neighborhood right off Memorial. We've done a lot of updates over the past 2 years including new A/C unit, hot water tank, shower walls and sheetrock in bathroom, new roof November 2013. Newer carpet, trim and cabinets as well. The house has been in my family for about 30 years and has been well kept. House was bricked and garage added on around 1983. Laundry hook up in garage.

    "Bentley park is nearby! It has a splash pad and lots of slides and fun things for the kids to do. Near Bentley park is a nice trail that leads along the river. It’s great for exercising and just getting outside with the kids. Always feel really safe and the passerby’s are very friendly and kind. "
