New paint and carpeting throughout. New refrigerator with ice maker. New window shades throughout. Patio off of the dining area. One bedroom has a balcony . Washer and dryer in unit. Fireplace. Underground parking with security gate (2 spaces). Sorry - no pets.
Call property manager Rex Smith if security gate is locked and I will come out and open it.
