"There are quite a few dog owners in my neighborhood. Most are responsible owners, but there are those that walk their dogs at night and allow them to relieve themselves in their neighbors yards. This is the part I dislike. I sit on my porch at night and you wouldn’t believe the things I see dog owners allow their dogs to do."

"Dog owners walk their dogs and there are trails in the common area for dogs to run. The lots sizes are big enough to have privacy from other neighbors. Fences are allowed. "
