The building itself is nearly 13,000 square foot. This structure originally was a bowling alley. The building was purchased 3.5 years ago and has had significant improvements. The structure currently has 1 tenant, Curves. The structure has shared bathrooms, and has 2 dressing rooms for the Curves members. The structure has all new electrical throughout the building, all new HVAC units, consisting of a 10 ton unit (located in Jerseys), a 6 ton unit (located in Curves), and a 5 ton unit (Located in the multi-use room). The storage area, restrooms and foyer has electric heaters for comfort. All the original bowling lanes are still in the building. The Curves and Multi-use room incorporate the original lanes with dark cherry accents. The Jerseys side has the old gutters filled in with plywood and carpet installed on the top side.     "There are no leash laws. Also, there’s a great dog park at Cal Zorn along with the fact that dogs are welcome on the trails by the old community center and many local businesses are kind enough to put out water bowls for thirsty pups out for a walk. "

    "I’ve spent almost 30 years around this town, and I can say that it is a town for those who like a peaceful quiet day to day life. It’s not to say you don’t have neighbors. Everyone is simply polite to everyone else, yet minds there own business, and contribute to maintaining a clean city image as well as numerous volunteer activities to help others around town. It is an old town full of a lot of history that it’s people take pride in representing. Numerous historical markers are scattered throughout the town despite its petite size. Lack of major corporate development project have kept the town small, making its much more affordable neighbor to the south, Adrian the go-to destination for major retail locations. This has contributed to keep poverty rates in Tecumseh much lower than average as low income families are more likely to be forced into an area that is closer to their job and affordable shopping."
